Sartorium is the digital infrastructure for classic elegance, connecting menswear enthusiasts with global artisans.

• —For individual users, we provide a map and directory to discover sartorial locations and book services.
• —For businesses, we provide a platform to manage marketing, view analytics, and host trunk show bookings.

Currently, Sartorium is operating a pre-launch waitlist. By submitting your information, you register your interest in joining the platform upon official launch.

4. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process, tax calculation, and invoicing to end-users are conducted by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle is the entity that you legally purchase the software services from. All payment-related inquiries, refunds, and billing disputes are subject to Paddle's Terms and Conditions.

5. User Obligations

By registering on Sartorium, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information (First Name and Email for individuals; Company Name and Email for businesses). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any future account credentials.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, maps, and infrastructure on the Sartorium website are the exclusive property of DIRO s.r.o. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIRO s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or the booking of third-party artisan services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.
