Sartorium is a small house. There is one inbox behind hello@sartorium.net, and the people who read it are the people who build Sartorium. No ticket number, no first line of support.

We read and answer in English, French, Italian and Spanish.

What to write

You have an account

Your account, the map, a house you cannot find, an address to correct. Two things need no message at all: deleting your account, and asking us not to count your visits. Both are in your account settings.

You are a house

Claiming your page, correcting what is shown about you, a quote for a group of shops, any question about the subscription. Give the name of the house and the city, and we will find you.

Billing and refunds

Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. The fastest route to an invoice, a payment method or a refund is the link in any email Paddle has sent you about the subscription: it opens their portal and signs you in, with no password to remember. Write to us if you would rather we handled it.

Privacy and your data

The same address is our privacy contact. We answer a request under the GDPR within one month, as the Privacy Policy sets out, and you can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection at any time.
